🚚 DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING

Orders in the United States have a fixed shipping fee of $10, no matter the order size. In most cases, shipping is handled by USPS Priority Mail®.
International orders’ shipping fee is calculated on checkout. However, it ranges from $10 to $20 USD. All shipping/import fees are included.
Allow 7-10 business days for production, then about 3-5 business days for shipping.

🏷 ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS

Choose your label material, quantity, label size, fold type, then upload your design artwork file.
Click “Add to Cart” or “Checkout Now” then follow the purchase process on our Checkout.
After successfully making the payment, one of our Product Specialists will email you with a digital mockup of your label. You can either accept or decline the digital mockup, and ask for revisions until it’s exactly how you want it to be in real life.
When confirming the digital mockup, production starts. One week after making the order, we’ll send you an order update, with images/videos of what your product looks like in person, and an estimate delivery date.
Your product gets delivered!

🎨 LABELS WITH SIZE/COLOR VARIATION

If you need labels with different sizes (eg. S, M, L, XL) — or different color variations (eg. same logo with different color background), it is best to Request a Custom Quote, because the minimum order quantity for each size/color is 100 labels. For example, if you need 4 sizes, you must order 400 labels — and there is an extra cost fee for size/color variations.
