🚚 DELIVERY TIME & SHIPPING
  • Orders in the United States have a fixed shipping fee of $10, no matter the order size. In most cases, shipping is handled by USPS Priority Mail®.
  • International orders’ shipping fee is calculated on checkout. However, it ranges from $10 to $20 USD. All shipping/import fees are included.
  • Allow 7-10 business days for production, then about 3-5 business days for shipping.

  • United States: 12 business days to all states — except Hawaii, which may take 13-15 business days.
  • Canada: 13 business days.
  • Mexico: 13 business days. Baja California may take up to 20 business days.
  • Colombia: 13 business days.

  • Costa Rica: 15-20 business days.
  • Venezuela: 20-30 business days (product is sent to Chile, then shipped to Venezuela). Shipping fee to Venezuela is fixed $30 USD.

🏷 ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS
  1. Choose your rubber material, quantity and backing option, then upload your patch design artwork file.
  2. Click “Add to Cart” or “Checkout Now” then follow the purchase process on our Checkout.
  3. After successfully making the payment, one of our Product Specialists will email you with a 3D digital mold of your patch. You can either accept or decline the digital mold, and ask for revisions until it’s exactly how you want it to be in real life.
  4. When confirming the 3D mold, production starts. One week after making the order, we’ll send you an order update, with images/videos of what your product looks like in person, and an estimate delivery date.
  5. Your product gets delivered!
