What kind of document file should I upload to quote?
Any document file, but the artwork image must be in good quality.
We appreciate if your upload is a PDF or Adobe Illustrator file, but it's not mandatory.

Shipping
We offer standard USPS shipping to all of the United States. You can also pick-up your order in Newport Beach, CA.
Orders in the United States have a fixed shipping fee of $10, no matter the order size. This is because for larger orders, shipping is already included in the total cost.
In most cases, shipping is handled by USPS Priority Mail®.
The shipping fee is paid during checkout on our website.
How do you process payments?
All payments are processed through our website's checkout, using PayPal or Stripe.
These solutions allow us to accept all kinds of credit, debit and prepaid cards.
What if my products are defective or have quality issues? Can I get a refund?
Under normal circumstances, we do not offer refunds on orders due to the nature of 100% customized products.
In the event of defective products or quality issues, we take full responsibility and proactively work with our customers to arrange a solution, which can result in a replacement, refund, or credit for your next order.
